Early Years Teaching Assistant

Salary: £24,796 - £26,403.00 (pro-rata) depending on qualification and experience

Contract: Permanent, 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year,  

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a caring and committed Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team where staff welbeing is a high priority and everybody is valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of high-quality early years education and care of children  
• Provide one-to-one or smal group support as needed, including for those with additional needs.
• Supervise and support children during indoor and outdoor activities, snack times, mealtimes, toileting and transitions.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with children, helping them to settle and feel secure.
• Promote children's personal, social, and emotional development through sensitive interactions.
