Teaching Assistants x2

Salary: NJC B4 £26,016 FTE

Hours: 1x 32.5 hrs and 1 x 7hrs

Contract: Fixed term until 31st August 2027

First Federation Trust are looking to appoint two enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated Teaching Assistants to work alongside the class teacher across all areas of the curriculum at Whitchurch primary School.

The successful candidates will be required to

• To deliver targeted interventions.
• To promote inclusion through the development of social skills, language and emotional well-being.
• To work under the direction of the class teacher and liaise with other professionals both within and outside the school
• You will be expected to show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given situations with integrity and compassion
• There will be some aspects of working with SEND pupils 1:1 or small group work
