SENDCO

‍Salary : MPS - UPS: £32,916 - £51,048 FTE (plus SEN allowance)

First Federation Trust a multi academy trust of 29 primary schools across Devon and Dorset are looking to appoint a 0.8 SENDCo to cover Bere Alston and St Budeaux Primary schools. This will be 0.5 at Bere Alston and 0.3 at St Budeaux.

The SENDCo role will be pivotal in leading SEND strategy across the school with the aim to improve provision and outcomes for all SEND learners within the school setting.

We are looking for someone who has high levels of self-organisation, enjoys communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and believes in teamwork and collaboration. The successful applicant will be a passionate leader who is dedicated to making a difference and improving life chances for SEND pupils in every classroom and across the curriculum.
