Job Description
Salary: STC Grade 3 – NJC Points 6-9. Starting salary £15,930 (£25,989FTE)
Contract Term: Fixed Term (until 31/08/2026 Initially)
Term Time only: 39 weeks per year
Hours: 26.25 hours per week
Start Date: March 2026
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant’s to join our collaborative academy, which is dedicated to developing our great team, centred around humility and respect.The role is to provide targeted support for pupils in EYFS and KS1 and to lead intervention for pivotal children and those identified as requiring support for SEND needs, either in class or in small groups.
