Head of School

St Budeaux CofE Primary school are looking to recruit a full time Head of School.

We are looking for a leader who thrives on challenge, wants to continually learn and is not satisfied with accepting the status quo. The First Federation Trust has been at the forefront of primary system change and wishes to continue to push the educational boundaries to improve children’s lives.

We are seeking applications from expert practitioners of teaching and learning who are experienced at leading staff. As a Head of School, you will focus on school improvement within the school; supported by an experienced Trust Leadership Team.
