Pay Scale: MPR/UPR plus TLR2a (£32,916 - £51,048 + £3527)

We are looking to appoint a well-qualified, highly motivated and enthusiastic Head of English Literature.  The successful candidate will teach both Language and Literature across the key stages, including the possibility of teaching A Level and will be part of a new leadership structure within the English curriculum area. You will be joining a team of subject specialists, committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for our students.  This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding teacher to join our College as Head of English Literature, a post suited to teachers of English with sufficient experience to be able to drive forward the development of the Literature curriculum, as well as pedagogical development,under the leadership of the Head of English.
