Job Description
We are looking to appoint experienced Teaching Assistants to join our wonderful school family.
Fixed Term 1:1 TA (SEN), 25 hrs pw, 38 weeks per year
Fixed Term 1:1 TA (SEN), 18 hrs pw, 38 weeks per year
Salary: NJC Grade C, SCP 6-7. £25,989 – 26,403 FTE
The successful candidate will be/have:
• an excellent and creative practitioner.
• an excellent understanding of phonics and early writing.
• high expectations of learning and the ability to adapt provision to meet individual needs.
• a good understanding of positive behaviour strategies.
• an effective team player with a calm and patient approach.
GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths or equivalent is essential.
