Due to the expansion of our team, the MAST service in Plymouth is looking for a newly qualified, or more experienced, EP to join our friendly, innovative and supportive service.

Plymouth Learning Partnership (PLP) is a community interest company supported by its cross-phase member schools that provides school services across Plymouth and surrounding areas. The Multi-Agency Support Team (MAST) forms a key component of PLP services to schools as an early-help service for vulnerable children and families, providing an integrated response across primary and secondary education phases.

The role of the EP is central to the MAST team and you will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills and work with a range of disciplines, and school partners, in co-constructing interventions where children and their progress is central to all we do.

So, if you are an HCPC-registered and fully qualified EP, we would love to hear from you. We are seeking applicants who have excellent skills in applying Educational Psychology theory and practice to promote creative approaches to support schools and settings at the earliest possible stages.

Working as an EP with us (PLP) offers:

  • A warm and supportive large multi-disciplinary team where EPs take a significant leadership role
  • A significant emphasis on preventative, systemic, interventionist practice
  • Regular CPD, peer supervision and reflective team support
  • Flexible and smart working supported by all the necessary IT equipment you will need
  • Opportunity to progress to a Senior Educational Psychologist role within PLP (PLP grades 16/17: £58,426-£64,286)
  • Access to a £5k relocation package (on request)
