Job Type: 37 hours per week x 52 weeks, Permanent
Salary/Grade: Salary calculated in line with NJC Grade D/E pay scale, point 12 – 20 £28,598 - £32,597 per annum
Start Date: Summer 2026
We are recruiting for a Deputy Site Manager to join our team working across our unique & vibrant campus. In this vital role, you will support the Site Manager in leading our dedicated team. You won’t just be maintaining buildings: you’ll be ensuring that our students & staff have a safe, clean, & inspiring environment to succeed in. This is a role where no two days are the same. We are looking for someone with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude & the ability to work effectively with staff, contractors & students. A background in facilities management, caretaking or a trade is highly desirable.
Core working hours are flexibly scheduled between 07:00 & 18:00 Monday-Friday. Due to the operational requirements of the site, occasional work outside of these hours may be required.
