Permanent Teaching Assistant 

Salary: Grade C Point 5 £19,650 FTE actual pro rata salary £12,848

Contract: 28.25 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum

We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to our team, who is enthusiastic and motivated to enhance learning and opportunities in our welcoming Trust. The successful candidate will be working under the direction of class teachers.

You should have:

• Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths GCSE and an NVQ 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent
• The ability to encourage positive behaviour strategies with children
• A secure understanding of high quality learning
• Excellent interpersonal skills with all stakeholders

As part of a team, you will help raise standards, enabling pupils to realise their potential. You will also be a good team player, who is willing to enhance the provision currently available for our pupils.
