Salary: Main Pay Scale – Upper Pay Scale £25,714 - £41,604 TLR2a - £2,873

Mayflower Community Academy are seeking a driven and inspiring Phase Leader / Classroom Teacher to join our outstanding team, to ensure the smooth running of the key stage and perform the duties of a class teacher.

Depending on the skill set and experience of the successful candidate, they will likely lead:

• Years 3 & 4
• Reading and Phonics, Writing and Grammar or Maths
