Hours: Part Time, Term Time

Salary/Grade: Grade D, points 8-14

Salary Scale Grade D point 8 – FTE £20,493. Actual Salary £7,589 per annum

16 hours per week (in the first instance) – 39 weeks per year, Permanent Contract

 We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and multi-talented individual as our Family Support Worker. The role will involve supporting our Parents and Carers to ensure that their child/young person, and the family, have the services in place that they require to live fulfilling lives and make progress.

The successful candidate will have a clear understanding of vulnerable groups, active listening and empathy skills, be well-trained – preferably with a background in health or social care – and clear about their role in School.
